We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

Opened or used personal care items

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards or downloadable software
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, wrong item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

We are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges
